Attunement weekends in the Wirral

For these weekends please bring loose comfortable clothing and try not to drink alcohol upto 4 days before weekend, if possible try also to follow a vegetarian diet over the same period. Spaces are very limited on this training so book as early as possible.

During this training you will be attuned to Reiki Energy, we will look at the basics of spiritual practice recomended for Reiki Practitioners. We will explore the application of Reiki for self healing and healing others. Please bring vegetarian food for yourself or to share with the other course participants.

For more information on Reiki just google Reiki or there are plenty of books available, I will provide a recomended reading list on the course. The Reiki training you will be receiving will be a mixture of DR Usui's traditional Japanese Reiki methods along with my own methods learnt and practiced over the last 15 years.
