Infinite Tai Chi - stage 1 (mirrored)
 
1. yin rising x1
(gather left then right
hand to the heart)
 
(align and step with right foot)
2. waving hands like clouds x3
 
(align and step with left foot)
3. waving hands like clouds x3

(align right foot to left and place right foot back where it was, turn body)
4. pushing ocean wave x3
(turning on back heel)
 
(align left foot to right and
step directly backwards)
5. pushing ocean wave x3
 
(point down with right hand,
then scoop water with right hand,
then point to horizon with right,
holding lotus flower with left)
6. lotus pointing
 
(sweep right foot to left, and gather hands to the heart)
7. gathering energy
 
(sweep right foot open again, with both hands)
8. radiating energy
(3 breaths)

(bring feet in, half moon circle with hands)

(gather water to heart, then fire, align left foot to right, step back and to the left with left foot, turning hips)

(weight to back foot)

(raise right knee to left hand side, holding right hand heaven and left hand earth, step back crossing heart)

(stepping forward with right foot,
then align left foot to right)

(step back with left foot, sweep through)
