Wednesdays - Bebington Civic Center, (Wirral) Yoga, Tai Chi, Spiritual Development & meditation class Bebington civic centre, Room J, Civic Way, Bebington, Wirral. Wednesdays 7- 9 pm Classes £30.00 for 4 weeks (equivalent to £7.50 per session) or £10 per week
All these classes are open to all levels of experience from complete beginners to intermediate and advanced Tai Chi and Yoga Students.
It will be useful if you can bring a yoga mat and loose comfortable clothing
